Sometimes the most frustrating part of caring for your hair is doing all the right things and still not seeing the progress you expected.

Happy Sunday, friend. If you've been consistent with your hair but aren't seeing much change yet, this week is about knowing when to keep going, and when your hair may be telling you it's time to change something.

In Today's Issue:

→ Getting back to your hair regimen regimen after falling off

→ What to do when you're consistent but not seeing the results you want

→ A simple way to pick products that are right for your hair

→ One simple thing you can do for your hair this week

Stage: CONSISTENCY

This week's focus

Getting Back to Your Hair Routines Doesn't Have to Be Complicated

Maybe you've fallen off your hair regimen a little. Or a lot.

It happens.

The mistake is thinking you need to come back with some elaborate wash day and do every single thing you haven't done for the past three months.

You don't.

Start with what your hair needs right now. If it needs to be washed, wash it. If it's dry, moisturize it. If your ends have been neglected, give them some attention.

Then get back to your normal regimen from there.

And if you've been consistent but still aren't seeing the results you want, that's different.

Consistency matters, but so does paying attention to what your hair is telling you. If you're still seeing excessive breakage, dryness or thinning ends after consistently following your regimen, don't ignore that just because you've been "doing everything right."

Something may need to change.

Consistency doesn't mean doing the same thing forever. It means consistently giving your hair what it needs when it needs it.

And if you know what you want for your hair but how you care for it keeps falling out of line with it, the missing piece usually isn't effort. It's a clear plan.

That's what the From Goals to Gorgeous Hair Bundle is designed to help with. It guides you through naming your hair goals, figuring out what's required to reach them, and building the necessary habits to support them, so your everyday hair care stays laser focused on your own progress instead of comparison.

FAITHFUL STRAND TIP

Buy for the key feature

When you're buying hair products, focus on the key feature of the product. Does it align with your hair goals? For example, if your hair looks dull or brassy, look for products made to brighten, tone or add shine. If mineral buildup is causing the dullness, you may need a chelating product to remove it. When what the product does matches what your hair needs, you've found the right type of product.

SACRED SELF CARE

Do one small thing for your hair this week

01 Pick the one hair care task you've been putting off: the hot oil treatment, the trim, the protective style you keep meaning to do, and just do that one this week. Not an intensive hair care session. Just one thing, done in faith, even if you can't see the results of that thing yet.

Being faithful isn't about doing everything. More times than not, it's about doing the next right thing and trusting God with the part you can't see yet.
